Website forms and attachments
We store contact inquiries, availability requests, event interest, and professional referrals to respond to your request. Referrals may include owner contact details, horse health information, and supporting documents or videos. Referral uploads are kept in private storage and are available through an owner-only sign-in. We use Cloudflare for website data and file storage and Resend to send notifications and acknowledgments. Referral notification emails do not include case details or attachments. Optional updates are recorded only when you select that choice.
Website analytics and inquiry sources
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, phone-link clicks, and successful inquiries. Campaign labels help identify visits from sources such as our Google Business Profile. We retain those labels for the browser session and save them with an inquiry when available. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, horse records, or attachments to Google Analytics. Waiver and private administration pages are excluded from analytics. Browser settings or blocking tools may limit measurement.
Security
